Put these on a patio balcony, and couldn't be happier. They fit extremely well and as a nice bonus they keep the sun off the windows in the summer, making the inside of the house cooler. We didn't give that a lot of thought when we bought them, as we wanted to sit on the balcony out of the sun, so it's a nice bonus. The fabric is extremely sturdy and waterproof, if you get the Brown color you will have no sun coming through. The rope on the bottom also works extremely well, great purchase!
